The Hill Cottage is farther away from the farm buildings and looks out over woods and hills.  It is a two-story cottage with a stucco and brick exterior.

This cottage has a porch across each end and a porch swing on the east-side porch.  It can accommodate six adults and an infant (two double beds, two single beds plus a crib; three separate bedrooms).  It has a full kitchen, a half-bath, living room (with a wood-burning fireplace), parlor and dining room on the main floor.  Upstairs are three bedrooms, a full bath and a library.  The cottage yard is filled with trees, flowerbeds and a small organic orchard.  There is a picnic table, a grill and a hammock in the yard.  Wild turkeys and other wildlife are often seen from the cottage porch.
